Enquiries and quotations
Prices, volumes, and lead times shared in response to an enquiry are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties confirm the specifications in writing.
Product availability
Availability of species, formats, and volumes depends on season, catch, and supplier capacity. We reserve the right to substitute suppliers of equivalent quality where a named producer cannot fulfil an order.
Freight and delivery
Freight is quoted separately from product price. Incoterms, cold-chain requirements, and delivery windows are agreed per order.
Documentation
Documentation supplied with a shipment depends on product and destination. Additional documents may be arranged on request.
Limitation of liability
Normar Seafood is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, regulatory changes, or force majeure.
