Atlantic wolffish, also known as catfish, is a bottom-dwelling species caught in Norwegian coastal and offshore waters. It has firm, boneless flesh with a mild flavour, well suited to pan-frying, grilling, and baking. Strong demand in Nordic and European markets. Available as whole or skinned fillets.
